The Food Safety Project Albania – Inception Report Complete

A project milestone was achieved this summer in SFSI’s Albania project “Support to food safety, veterinary and phytosanitary standards’ with the submission of the Inception Phase report to the EU Delegation office in Tirana. The 90-page document covering Veterinary Services, Food and Feed Safety, Phytosanitary, Food Safety Communication, Alignment with EU standards and Systems-wide matters was presented to the Delegation by the Team leader and project partners, the Food Safety Authority of Ireland, Finish Food Authority, Dept of Agriculture, Food and the Maine and local partner Creative Business Solutions. The project now has a logo and a new name ‘The Food Safety Project’.
