SFSI hosts training event for 9 Saudi Food Safety Inspectors

Sustainable Food Systems Ireland hosted nine Saudi Food and Drug Authority inspectors during the week of the 9^th to 13^th November. This training week was held in partnership with GIZ. The training focused on the official controls in Ireland and the trainees, from across the regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, visited a number of food manufacturing facilities in Ireland as well as the Department of Agriculture Food and the Marine laboratories in Backweston.
